This product is made individually by hand using natural materials. It is therefore impossible to produce identical products, even though they are made by professionals. Each pattern of the bag is different in terms of color or design, giving each of them a unique character. The interior of the bag has a pocket.
It takes a lot of effort and skill to turn natural pandan leaves into a bag. The process consists of many steps. First, the collected pandan leaves are cleaned and the thorns are removed. The cleaned pandan leaves are then trimmed to their preferred size, approximately one to three centimeters wide. The cut leaves are boiled for about 30 minutes to get rid of the juice and then dried without sunlight to prevent the leaves from curling. After six hours, the leaves are soaked in plain water for another four hours. Then they undergo the bleaching process by drying in the sun. Then the pandan leaves can be colored as desired. Only after all these treatments are they weaved in the preferred pattern.
